The last day in auckland my aunt Christa took me to Mount Eden (Maungawhau). From there you have a spectacular 360 degree view over Auckland. It's very beautiful. There are many vulcanoes in the area, we could see 8 of them from here.
Me and Christa :)
After visiting Mount Eden, Christa dropped me off at the trainstation to go to Papakura. Of course strange to say goodbye after two really nice weeks together.
Thank you so much for the very nice time together Christa, Hobbe and Marieke!
At Papakura I was picked up by Mahalia, from where we went to her house. She lives on a ranch with her family, in a beautiful house surrounded by fields and fields and fields.
The day before I came they picked up a puppy, Tess. I was very close to putting the puppy in my backpack and taking her with me :)
We went horse riding. I got a horse named Smudge :)
I wish i lived in a house like this. We got the horses from the fields, saddled them in the stables, walked into the backyard, said hello to Mahalia and went on a ride into the fields around the house. Everything you need, all so close. Just lovely.
Dak, this is definiltely the coolest one i've seen!
Jumping @ sunset!
Unfortunately I could only stay for one night, would have loved to stay longer. It is such a lovely family, it was great to meet them. And it's a really good place to find peace, relax and just enjoy.
But... the next day I was on my way to New Plymouth to go to WOMAD!
T ziet er zoooo mooi uit! Ik wil ook! <3 you! xxx

ReplyDeleteIk kom nu zo op het punt dat ik je echt een beetje mis, zo'n moment dat ik je zou bellen om snel weer eens met Rambo te gaan wandelen samen! Maar ik ben ook heel blij voor je:) hou van je zus!
